Description

Heat-related illnesses, such as heat exhaustion and heat stroke, can develop quickly and become life-threatening if not addressed promptly. This training course will help you recognize the warning signs—like dizziness, nausea, excessive sweating, or confusion—and teach you how to respond effectively. You’ll learn prevention strategies, including proper hydration, wearing appropriate clothing, and taking breaks in shaded or air-conditioned areas. Understanding how to identify and treat heat-related illnesses can protect your health and the well-being of those around you, especially during extreme temperatures or outdoor activities.
